The Fragrance Shop has gone green, and therefore we will no longer be giving out paper receipts. Instead, when you make a purchase in store, we will ask for your email address at the till and your receipt will be sent to you. No more digging through your purse to find the right receipt, it will be safely stored in your inbox for you to find with ease.

Can you believe that 11.2 billion paper receipts are printed from UK retailers each year?! Well, we don’t want to be a part of that. Switching to online receipts will benefit you and our magnificent planet, so we hope you understand and can get on board with our efforts to cut down on paper waste. Every small change makes a huge difference.
