How does it work?
Choose your My TFS membership plan - you have three to pick from. When you sign up to a My TFS membership, you'll pay an annual fee (depending on the plan you choose) which will include a select number of 20% off vouchers, access to unique offers and exclusive perks all year long as well as free express delivery. You can redeem one of your 20% off vouchers on each transaction, select free express delivery on your order at checkout and keep an eye open for your unique offers and exclusive perks that you can redeem from our email communications to you.
What perks will I receive?
When you join My TFS, you'll receive the following perks:
- Depending on which MY TFS membership plan you choose, you'll get a select number of 20% off discount codes (vouchers) which you can use at any time of year. You can even redeem your 20% off voucher against sale items, too!
- Free and unlimited express delivery when you shop online, all year long.
- Exclusive perks – treats just for you, such as free engraving, free gift wrapping and free gifts to surprise and delight.

How much does it cost?
There are three membership plans to choose from:
You will be charged annually on the date that you paid for your My TFS membership.
How do I track how many 20% off vouchers I have?
- Online. Once you have set up your account (if you do not have an account already), you can view your redeemed and redeemable vouchers online in the My Account - My TFS account hub.
- Email. Every time you use a voucher you will receive a confirmation email of redemption which will also provide you with the number of vouchers you have left to use.
- E-receipt. After using one of your vouchers, you'll receive an e-receipt confirming if a voucher was used with the purchase and how many vouchers you have left to redeem.
How can I use my vouchers?
You can use your vouchers in-store and online.
To use in-store, simply show your voucher to a member of staff by either logging into your account or retrieving the voucher from your email. They will ask for your account email to verify this.
To redeem the voucher online, login to your account and choose to use your discount voucher, apply the unique voucher code at checkout.
Please note: you can only use one promotional code at any one time, therefore you can't use your 20% off voucher alongside another code. However, you can use your 20% off voucher on sale items.
