We regularly check our prices against selected retailers and automatically highlight if a competitor sells the same item at a better price

You make a qualifying purchase 

If you buy a qualifying product using your 20% MyTFS discount, and it’s cheaper at one of the selected retailers, we’ll credit the difference to your account.

You receive Member Credit  

If your purchase is eligible, the difference will be added to your MyTFS Membership account, ready to use 28 days after your original purchase.

When will I receive my Member Credit?

Your credit will be added to your account 28 days after your qualifying purchase, as long as your membership is still active.

Can you give me an example of how Member Credit works?

Let’s say you buy YSL Libre EDP 30ml:

 
  • Our non-member price: £70
  • Your MyTFS member price (after 20% discount): £56
  • Boots price: £50

Since Boots is selling the same product for £6.00 less, and you used your 20% discount, you’ll receive £6.00 Member Credit — added to your account 28 days after your purchase, ready to use on your future order.

How can I use my Member Credit once in my account?

After 28 days of your qualifying purchase, you can use member credit on your next fragrance purchase at The Fragrance Shop. Any available Member Credit must be used in full, in one transaction and during your active membership period.

Can I use my Member Credit with my 20% discount?

Yes! Your Member Credit can be used alongside your usual 20% MyTFS discount.

What happens if I return an item that earned Member Credit?

If you return the item and used any Member Credit on that purchase, we’ll deduct it from your refund and recredit it to your account once the return is processed, as long as your MyTFS membership is still active.

Does Member Credit expire?

Yes. It must be used while your membership is active. If your membership ends or is cancelled, any unused credit will expire.

Can I transfer my Member Credit to someone else?

No — Member Credit is linked to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
